Telephone Interview. Issue was brisk and seemed annoyed to speak with me. Despite very obvious skills match, I was not offered an in person review. I wasad told I'd hear within 48 hours, but it took a wk to contact me.

People are personable but if you get dropped from the interview process for reasons not related to your performance (job filled by other candidate ahead in the process) you'll be basically blacklisted even if well qualified. Very very shortsighted. Looks like they've hired bright hire as well now so that will make the interview process demonstrably worse.
