Very thorough and open with where you were throughout the interview process. 5 steps from online survey, two phones calls and two face to face interviews . The first face to face was a standard getting to know you and your skills and suitability type interview and the second was a presentation based interview re 3 scenarios you were presented with how you would deal with them
