"I applied through the MotivIT Facebook Page. After two days, I was called to attend an onsite initial interview. The initial interview consisted of personal, behavioral, and situational questions. After two days, I was called to attend the final interview, where more technical questions were tackled. It was a Friday, so I was advised to wait for the final result until the following week. On Tuesday, I received a text notification about the job offer. The interview went well, and I was provided with all the details and feedback needed.

Share a situation where you had a disagreement with your co-employee. How did you handle it and resolve it?
The Interviewer is so professional and nice. They are accommodating and can easily understand. What I like about there recruitment is that they are so approachable and wont make you feel uncomfortable.
