2 part process before referred to their client. First was a screen to ensure I had the skills that their client was looking for and that they matched my resume and LinkedIn profile, then a more in-depth interview with the account manager to get more insight into the client's needs and ensure that I was a fit for the job.

They mostly stuck to technical questions to assess my skills to ensure they were what their client wanted. It was enough to submit to the client where the interview process with them began.
