So displeased with this company. I first received a phone call from the corp recruiter about a week after I applied and was asked some general interview questions. Then a phone call with hiring manager. I then had interviews with two staff members and the hiring manager again. I sent emails to each person afterwards, nothing back. I interviewed on a Tuesday and was told I would hear back by Thursday about next steps. Thursday came, Friday came, Monday came, and still nothing. Finally I reached out to the recruiter to just check in and still nothing back. I then saw on LinkedIn that the position was down and two new positions were created. I would have appreciated some time of communication back after investing time with the company. A simple thanks but no thanks would go a long way. Clearly a very disorganized process and makes me question their effectiveness as a department.
