quick phone screening followed by a request to come for an in-person interview. The operations manager and sales manager for the branch had a sit-down interview. It took maybe 30 - 40 minutes and was a productive exchange of expectations for employer and employee.
Interviewed with Ops and Branch manager. Asked about previous experience in the industrial automation industry and described team, role, and company culture. One interview process and asked salary expectations without a range.

Initial interview was over the phone. Two more phone conversations and one in person visit. Positive is met directly with the person who would be my direct report. Not entirely transparent with salary.
