The interviewer called on time, she was really polite and pleasant to talk to. Her questions were relatively easy to answer. She got back to me by email after 5 days. I would recommend to learn as much as possible on the company before your call.
Interviewed with Ops and Branch manager. Asked about previous experience in the industrial automation industry and described team, role, and company culture. One interview process and asked salary expectations without a range.

How do you feel previous experience would transfer into this current role?
Initial interview was over the phone. Two more phone conversations and one in person visit. Positive is met directly with the person who would be my direct report. Not entirely transparent with salary.
