First stage - call with internal Talent Acquisition, lovely chat. Second stage - video call with Head of. The last stage was almost 4 weeks ago, and I've heard nothing since. Being ghosted (despite having my CV downloaded again a few weeks ago via Linkedin) has left me disappointed - at least respect candidates enough to follow up, whether they're being moved forward in the process or not.
