Was one of the most pointless interview process. HR will ask 3 questions about yourself not relating two the job or yourself. First portion lasted 15 mins of really not productive questions. Second interview was with the Director of Ops which is literally talked about himself the whole time. Everyone is remote which the coordination for the interview was poor. HR was late to the second interview by 45 mins
