The interview includes three round: phone interview, face to face interview with hiring manager, and peer interview. Arrange the interview according to HR's available date, but I never got a chance speak with the HR. Received the rejection letter from the HR, which is really a PLUS! Thanks! I did a little bit research before applying for this job. I thought it would be a nice experience, but NO. The hiring manager seemed like he had no idea who to interview. Also, the location is not easy to find.
