Extremely enjoyable interview based around what the position would look like and very transparent in regards to requirements and Compensation. There were a couple of the typical interview questions but plenty of time for me to ask all the wondering I had about the position.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.

Entrevista
Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.
The interview was one on one with a project manager. They explained the role that I was applying for, then I talked through my resume and how it was applicable to the position.
