I meet an executive at my schools career fair. He took my resume and sent me an e-mail weeks later to come in for an interview. Overall, the interview was a bit unconventional. He asked me, what courses I was taking?, when I graduate?, my academic interests? etc., we even talked current events. My take is, he already new I was qualified for the position based upon my resume. I had the sense that he was asking me questions to get a sense of what kind of person I was, and if I could fit the mold of a typical Mortenson Employee.

To be honest I did not find any questions to be misleading or 'tricky'. Very straight forward questions about what I wanted out of my career once I graduated.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.

Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.

Easy interview, basically just had a conversation with the interviewers. Most of the hiring process is dependent on cultural fit and if you are able to hild a conversation or not
