I applied to a job via email as the job listings advised. Michelle Lingard took over the email chain and asked me to answer a number of questions which I answered thoroughly, she then keeps me waiting and tells me the company have decided to pause the job listing, then she reposts it on LinkedIn. Additional tomfoolery came when I messaged her on LinkedIn about a different job. I explained my situation and made it clear that I'll be back in Manchester from X date as I was away for a few months, hence looking for new employment. I was stoned walled with the same response 'I only work with local candidates.'
