I was contacted by my awesome recruiter (Ken) from the Compass Group (the parent company). He advised me that I would hear from hiring manager for an interview. The interview was lengthy but not too hard.

Whaf would you find people talking about at the drinking fountain after a meeting and why?
Initial interview with 3 people (Director, Ex Chef, Finance Director) 2 hours. I feel I received a great detail about the job and knew I was a great fit for the position. I was offered the job by the end of the day.
