The process is Long and I think the recruiter doesn't keep tabs on the whole process. They will already finalize a few candidates based on their skills (which is how it should be) but still keep other candidates in the funnel. Even when asked about the status of the open position (so that we don't waste each other time), they would "warm" the candidate for a month just to move one round. First round: Talk to the recruiter This is very conversational with an introduction and a little bit about past experiences. Second round A 45-minute call with the hiring manager. Mostly discuss in-depth past experiences and few basic Javascript questions to solve 3rd round: 90 min technical session with architectural design and in-depth technical questions 4th round: Convo with CEO
