First round was an aptitude test. It was smooth and easy process. Level of difficulty was medium. 2nd and 3rd rounds are technical rounds where you are tested on your knowledge regarding financial statements and their implications. The final round is the HR Round which consists mainly of general life , career and goals related questions to measure whether you are of sane mind or not.
Applied online, gave an online test, got called for a technical round of interview with the team lead and manager, interview wasn't too difficult, after that I had an HR behavioural round.
Accounts concepts and equity research realated question , current market trends indexes, isin, financial statements, theri relationship, ratios, waso, dilution waso , eps, diluted eps, situations questions, how you tackle monotonous work, what make you join this company??.
The initial round was a conversation with the HR representative. It was a nice experience. This round was conducted by a subject matter expert from the team. The focus was on domain-specific knowledge relevant to the role.
