Very strange and unprofessional. Cut the one hour interview short after 20 minutes (this was a second interview) when I mentioned that I was friendly with coworkers. Said that they weren't looking for that style of leader and terminated the interview straight away. It was very strange and I can only assume that they want an authoritarian style leader. I also asked them what the culture was like there and got no real response. They did me a favour - I would not want to work there.
