The most broken hiring process I have ever come across. So pathetic. One online aptitude test, followed by briefing by staff where they mention about the profile and the fact that it's a monotonous job. Imagine. Which company says that to a prospective candidates!
This will be followed by 4 levels of personal interviews including technical and behavioural rounds.!
Seriously? For just a GLORIFIED DATA ENTRY JOB!! Yes, that's what this profile is exactly. Don't be fooled by the position title.
Not to mention, I have never seen HR so worse . There is absolutely no feedback , total radio silence, you are in limbo whether you are selected or not. Pathetic.
Read the horrible stories here of candidates who were not hired inspite of getting offer letter.
Beware and don't fall for the MNC trap.

Technical questions related to private equity and all
Applied online, gave an online test, got called for a technical round of interview with the team lead and manager, interview wasn't too difficult, after that I had an HR behavioural round.
Accounts concepts and equity research realated question , current market trends indexes, isin, financial statements, theri relationship, ratios, waso, dilution waso , eps, diluted eps, situations questions, how you tackle monotonous work, what make you join this company??.
The initial round was a conversation with the HR representative. It was a nice experience. This round was conducted by a subject matter expert from the team. The focus was on domain-specific knowledge relevant to the role.
