I got the phone interview after applying online on the company website for 2 weeks. I got one phone interview with HR first. It took only 15-20 minutes. Mostly, the questions are like the initial screening, qualification, and expectation. Then, I had the interview with the director, and senior colleagues (from Basic Material department). They mostly asked about my qualification based on the resume I sent. They also asked about my goal, why morning star?, why equity analyst? The interview took about 25 minutes.

Phone screening interview via Zoom. 2 HR people interviewed me and asked basic questions. Right from the first interview, they asked about salary expectations, when to start the job without asking much about my experience. HR department may have scheduled my interview primarily to meet their internal requirement for a minimum number of interviewees, rather than due to genuine interest in my candidacy.
Good Cooperative seniors Smooth process 2 to 3 rounds Equity research it has mandatory 2 rounds Pay is below average Good interview questions Accounting realted and finance related Mainly all easy questions But some were not tricky One can confidently clear this

Entrevista
Firstly I received a call from one of the HR from Morning star they asked me about myself. In nxt round they deeply asked about my experience and my internship, and after that the technical round took place.
