They take forever to get back to you. I had to send them multiple emails to even get an official on-site confirmation despite being invited for it right after the skype interview . Besides, they are all about worth ethics and corporate culture but they don't even bother to respond to candidates who has taken out the time to go for an onsite. The entire process is tedious and may take months.

The first round was a skype interview. Pretty generic behavioral questions
Then was the on-site (almost after a month because of their tardiness). The on-site was divided into 2 parts:
1. Case study and presentation; and
2. 4 personal interviews with different department heads. Mostly behavioral and situational questions and case studies
