It was about a week and a half after I submitted my application that I received an interview request. I did a 30-minute phone interview with a hiring manager, who had an amazing work history with the company and spoke really well to the company’s culture and plans for the future. She was insanely nice. I later received a request for an on-site interview, during which I met with three different people, including the hiring manager I originally spoke with. I was asked to talk about my technical skills and my use of quantitative data in past experiences. I am still waiting to hear back from Morningstar, but the interview process was excellent. I felt comfortable and respected, even though I was only a candidate. The offices were amazing, and everyone was professional, exceedingly competent, and very kind.
