I went through a recruiter. I did an initial phone screen and then an on site. I was led to believe that they weren't hiring anyone until a manager got back in the office. In the mean time, they hired two of my friends. They had lied to me several times and they had broken the relationship. It has been over a month since I interviewed and they still won't give me an answer or any feedback. I will never work for this organization or any other organization that treats applicants as poorly as Morningstar does.

It was easy dsa questions and few sql and mostly it was calm and composed interview and i got selected later on same day after giving interview later on hr questions were on how you fit what actions u take and all that

round 1 Is a 30 minute interview with the senior manager, basically does a deep dive into projects and skills in your resume and then technical questions. round 2 Is onsite

I asked the HR contact what type of questions/assessment the interview would consist of, and they said whiteboarding technical problems. The actual interview surprisingly was questions about my experiences instead.
