I feel sorry for the people who take out time and effort to give the aptitude test for the role, its a sham guys its an operations data entry role. There were more than 200 candidates and were just told its not a data analyst job just a operations job, if not interested please leave😂. Please do not waste your time because the people who interview do not even know basic communication skill and have same set of questions which will be asked to everyone. I was easily selected and when i got to know the job role says something and it is something else. The people sitting around with engineering degree got so upset. They are hiring people just to do ctrl C + ctrl V. I was so angry after this whole process because when i talked to a guy who works there he gave me a clear picture of it. Wasted my 1 whole day and a week too. Please Morningstar if anybody is looking at this, change the job title to actual one ‘Data Entry’ just to charge the clients more they have changed the job tittle looks like.

It was a hiring drive with over 60 candidates, consisting of two interview rounds. Candidates who cleared the first round progressed to the second round. The interviews were conducted on the same day, and the overall process was well structured. Final selection was communicated after evaluating performance across both rounds.

2 rounds of Interviews were held. In both rounds behavioural questions were asked. No questions related to Finance were asked. 1st round lasted for about 15-20 minutes, and 2nd round lasted for about 10 minutes.
