Was contacted by a recruiter. Had a first interview on the phone, then got an email 2 hours later planning another interview with the local team leaders. Was told I would know the outcome within a week but I never heard back from them.

There was a 3-step process. First a phone-interview which took around 10 minutes and then an interview via Zoom with three interviewers asking questions. Finally, I received two test files I had to translate. For one, I was given a longer deadline. The second file had to be completed within a very short time frame.
