Honestly I didn't know why they called me, two pretty young women were super silent during the interview, I was the only one leading the conversation. They hardly asked me anything, they seemed to be super uncomfortable. I think they were expecting a specific looking person wearing expensive brands which doesn't make any sense for the position applied. Salary is quite low for this position. I also noticed that this position shouldn't be called e-commerce manager rather than e-commerce assistant or e-commerce merchandising. They should do phone interviews first or at least prepare them a little bit more.
