Waste of time and elitist. Could not be more uninterested after I clarified that I am not from one of the Ivy Leagues. Why they did not vet this in the resume screening process and why they still called me in is beyond me,
2 rounds of interview one with the lead and other with the VP. it focuses more on your skills and experience in your current role where in you are asked regarding logical situations.
