1 phone call interview that was about 15-30 minutes long. Recruiter asked common questions like "tell me about yourself" etc. They asked me what I knew about operations department. After I got and email couple weeks later saying I made Super Day. On Super Day you have multiple associates interview you. They ask basic questions. At the very end you and a couple other of the interviewees work on some made up problem. Make sure to be vocal and take initiative. All the other interviewees would respond quicker than me, so I could barely comment on any question.
