Applied through campus recruiting, had a first round phone call, went in for the Super Day. The phone interview was very straightforward. I'm a pre-med, so they questioned a lot about why I was looking to move into sales and trading. The only "technical" questions were my understanding of current market events and how I would describe what sales and trading does. Super Day was surprisingly almost all fit.
