Very jumbled interview process. Many different recruiters that you can contact but won't take the time to get back to you. Pretty easy interview and fairly short. Overall, just extremely disorganized.

What's one mistake you've made and how did you fix it?
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
