Was called for an interview for Wealth Management team . They told it would a f2f discussion, followed by managerial round, online coding test. When I went to their Bangalore office, the HR carelessly handed over 3 sheets of question paper and asked me to fill it up, she was making another interviewee sit in the same room. She told this question paper does not have weight-age, then why should I be wasting my time. So ridiculous. Then one interviewer came in and later the HR informed I cleared the round. Next day a link was sent for the Hackerrank round, which was pretty easy and I completed on time. After 1 week randomly that HR sends me a generic mail about not being selected. When I asked for appropriate feedback, she never reverted. No matter how big the company's brand name is HRs are useless and full of politics.
