Got the invite for drive as Women in Technology Event.Reached the location as early and found well organised with warm welcome .The session was very inspiring and interactive which went till 11am.Then all set for panel .We were taken to different location for respective panel and QA panel had more members when panelist segregated.Later they started with written test with 5 Qns on java/DB/Selenium which were basic and easy to crack.Later after validation ,they confirmed that the position was open for one QA role and shortlisted only 3 out of 25 candidates which is really disappointing .Not sure on what basis they do the validations .Looks like they just wanted numbers for this Women Event.
