Submitted through an alum and went through 4 phone interviews with people at Singapore and Hong Kong offices before the final round. The interviews were mostly fit based although they did ask a couple of questions on how to prospect clients. The final interview had 4 MDs flew into US/UK, and mine took place in NY. The final interview was also quite fit based, very few technical questions and they seemed to ask a lot "why you're here" or "I don't see you're truly interested" type of questions. Unfortunately they did appear a bit judgmental towards schools they never heard of.
