Simple screener. Interviewer wanted to know why interested in the firm, what kind of work I've done in the past, and if I fit into the firm's collegial culture. Generally a great interview and I enjoyed getting to know the interviewer. Seems like a great place to do hard work and grow.

1 20/30 min screener call and then the callback was 5 30 min interviews and each had a theme that asked behavioral questions targeted at that theme and then left a few minutes for questions at the end.

This was for an initial screening interview for a Summer Associate position. The interview was quick and informal, with one associate and only lasting about 30 minutes. The first half was general questions about my background, interest in the firm, and some general information about the summer associate program.
Asked questions about normal things, very friendly, 4 rounds with different people of 30 minutes each; a little disorganized with the actual running of the interviews, but engaging people. Ranged from partners to early associates who gave different perspectives; some were more conversational than others.
