Contacted by "Talent Acquisition Specialist". Initial Interview by phone. Contact by TAS again to say how well everything had gone. Face to face with 2 people from the team. Then the next hour with the IT Director. After the interview I left it for a week then noticed the job advertised again. No feedback at all. Emailed TAS and eventually had a reply with the reasons. The 3 positive things about me they liked which were highly relevant to the job. The 3 negatives not really relevant. But anyway when you are interviewed by people that are younger than your own son then I don't think they thought I would fit in with the culture.

A Google hangouts call with an internal recruiter. Really down to earth. Sounded like a nice place to work. Unfortunately wasn’t able to match my salary. A small team with anonymity.
