Throughout the interview process, every effort was made by Mooko Media to make sure my experience was positive and accommodated my needs. I had a virtual interview through Zoom or Google Meet, and the interviewer never seemed rushed, disinterested or inattentive. There were no trick questions or crazy "If you were on a desert island..." questions. Throughout the entire interview, I felt my time was respected and appreciated. At the end of the interview, I was asked if I would be willing to meet one of the other partners, and they worked around my schedule to accommodate the second interview. The second interview was just as comfortable as the first, and at the end of the interview I knew this company was special.

Interviewing with Mooko was one of the best interview experiences I have had in my professional career. Throughout the experience, the interviewers made a point of making me feel comfortable, appreciated, and listened to. I interviewed remotely via Zoom, and was asked questions related to my experience. A second interview was scheduled to meet with another Founder, and we discussed my experience as well. It is important to note, that they were able to gather information to confirm my knowledge and experience through casual conversation, rather than making it feel like an interrogation. It helped to keep me relaxed, respond better, and feel more engaged in the interview.
