It was a pretty standard process for early career/entry level. there was a phone screen, then a Teams interview with HR, then an on-site panel interview. No technical questions, just standard behavioral stuff.

Good. Asked for examples of previous projects. Interviewer was personable and easy to talk to. Explanation of company culture was good and made me want to join the organization. Wanted to see interest in engineering equipment and processes.

Zoom interview, with no video of the interviewer. Basic questions about my abilities and experience. Some technical questions to gauge my level of knowledge. Waited a month for an offer. None of the what are your strengths and weaknesses questions.
