Had 3 separate interviews after the initial conversation with the HR person. Thought it was going good. Didn't hear anything Soni reached back our to HR for an update. NOTHING! They ghosted me! Not even a thanks but no thanks email.

Waste of time. The process is mostly handled by their AI assistant, so little to no direct contact with an actual recruiter. AI reaches out to schedule an initial interview, you schedule it, first meeting with a recruiter. First initial video meeting with a recruiter. In my case, they were 10 minutes late. Average recruiter screener interview questions. Scheduled for three more rounds, apparently out of order so much that no one knows who you spoke to previously or why they're first in the process. Round 1, with a senior director. Interviewer again showed up 10 minutes late. Round 2 with direct report. Round 3 with another team's leader. No response from the recruiter when reached out to for a follow-up. Received a rejection from them on a Saturday afternoon, followed by one more "let us retain your data" email from the AI assistant. Waste of time.
