There are four rounds of interviews: recruiter interview, HR manager interview, case study, and Interview with rating associates. The interview questions themselves were average. I recommend you review basic accounting terminology such as B/S, I/S, C/F, their components, and the connection between the three financial statements.

Case study followed by first round of interviews with the hiring manager and a senior ratings associate. Followed by a second round with the associate managing director and a lead analyst
HR screening first (20 min total, rather brief, standard HR screen) then some interviews with people from the ratings team. Both were online. The second interview was two thirty minute rounds.

Typical behavioral, some questions on credit ratings.
Case study with financial analysis and credit write-up to be completed in 3 hours, followed by a face-to-face interview with the head to assess personality, fit, and background. It was a pleasant interview, nothing too crazy.
