Entrevista
Started with a phone interview with HR. General question on CV and availability to change country. After a few days receive a call for a first round interviews and tests (taken place in the office of my country in video conference). Tests were not difficult compared to others I did. Accounting, maths, verbal and written were the topics. Then invited for a last round of interviews (after 10 days more or less). Then received a call I was selected for the role. After a couple of days I received the offer by email. Accepted and move into company (top choice!).

Background questions (studies, working ex.) and rating-related questions (what to see in a balance sheet, how to calculate the expected loss, main drivers in a pool of assets, asked also for the description of some securities).

Entrevista
I was hired as a temp then turned over to a permanent position. I worked 6 weeks as a temp and now I work permanently in their billing department. After displaying my work ethic and dedication to the job I was hired.

They asked me about my past experience in finance and billing. I explained what I did and how I would be essential to the role that I was interviewing for. I explained my desired work schedule and they worked with me so that I can continue with my work life balance.
