After a phone interview, and then a project submission, there were two back-to-back interviews with two Monzo employees in each of them (this is for a job at their Las Vegas, NV location, so the timing was set up to coincide with some of their team flying in from London).

With a list of 5-6 items of varying urgency written on the board, you were asked to prioritize them on how you'd handle them. There was not much info given on them, and you were asked to make assumptions when making your selections.
Process was fine, started with a telephone interview, then a take home task, then two formal interviews.
The only thing I will mention is that the feedback for not getting the job wasn't great, apart from the classic "another person was more suited", I think they could've provided something with a bit more sustenance.
Apart from that the process was pleasant, although I'm not sure if I'd apply for a job with them again, as I'm not sure what went wrong the first time.

The face to face interviews felt very unorganized, questions didn't flow, you would be asked one thing by one interviewer and something completely off topic from the other
