After a phone interview, and then a project submission, there were two back-to-back interviews with two Monzo employees in each of them (this is for a job at their Las Vegas, NV location, so the timing was set up to coincide with some of their team flying in from London).

Process was fine, started with a telephone interview, then a take home task, then two formal interviews. The only thing I will mention is that the feedback for not getting the job wasn't great, apart from the classic "another person was more suited", I think they could've provided something with a bit more sustenance. Apart from that the process was pleasant, although I'm not sure if I'd apply for a job with them again, as I'm not sure what went wrong the first time.
