The interview process was extremely rewarding I felt like I was learning and being taught during the interview. I was brought in for the first interview as a screening to get to know the Dept. head I would be working the most closely with, after which I was asked to write a "power statement" and prospecting email for the second interview. The second interview consisted of the CEO, CMO, and two other employees.
