Core java need to be very strong, eg. Multithreading, collections. Also focus on design patterns. Problem statement. Algorithm. Few question on hibernate and SQL. Serialization, Generics, Cacheing algo, Communication, Exception handling, garbage collectors, java concurrency

In the interview process there will one round if its face 2 face and for virtual it will be 2 rounds. Montran mostly works on core java, so almost all the questions will be from core java. first you will be asked about core concepts of java like, Multithreading, Collections, Java 8 features, synchronization, exceptions, etc. The second you will be asked to write the program. at last questions regarding the database. I liked the interview process and everything was done well till the completion of interview. I would recommend you to read each and every line of the offer letter, because they have some conditions written in the offer letter like commitment of 1 year(if left before one year then need to pay 3months salary to them), Initially i was told that there will be 5 working days and sometimes have to work on saturday and sunday(without any pay) if required. But in offer letter it was mentioned that the working days will be monday to saturday and for sunday will have to work as per project requirements and so on. There is no transparency between HR and candidate, HR giving false information and misleading the candidate to join.
