A group of 10-15 candidates are given a presentation in a conference room and then all the candidates wait to be interviewed one-by-one. Each interview took approximately 15 minutes. Thankfully, I was third to be interviewed. I can't imagine how long the others waited. In my opinion that showed a lack of respect to their candidates time and most likely a sign of how they treat employees. I had a good look at the office set up as well. All the sales people are in one dark room talking and pacing the floor.
