The environment is not toxic...at least as far as I can tell.

Was ok,interviewer was quite friendly even while I was skeptical about reciprocating.
She made me feel very comfortable,smiled all through. She wasn’t harsh at all.
She was also really encouraging.

Could you please provide me with more information about that? Based on my research and experience, I believe a fair and competitive salary range for this position would be between X and Y."
