I had a quite disappointing experience with Monta's recruitment process. I had a screening interview with a recruiter that provided general information about the role and asked about my experience. By the end of the call, she mentioned that I seemed to be a great fit for the role and that she would reach out to me the next day to schedule a meeting with the Hiring Manager. I got quite excited as it sounded very promising. However, after the interview, I was ghosted. I emailed the recruiter thanking her for the interview and asking about the next steps - nothing. Days later, I emailed her again - nothing. Overall, while Monta seemed like a great company, the lack of communication and follow-up from the recruiter was very disappointing.
