I only got as far as the phone interview with HR. She ended the call asking me to take an assessment before I was presented to the CFO for interview consideration. I was sent the assessment, it was 115 minutes. I replied back letting her know I was not interested in taking an assessment just to "possibly" be offered an interview. There was clearly a lack of communication between HR and the CFO as HR picked the topics she thought were relevant to the position. HR responded thanking me for alerting her to the time it would take to complete the assessment and that she would look into and get back to me. I never heard back and didn't reach back out. I had a job offer from another company by the end of the day.
