The recruiter contacted me via email and quickly set up a call to discuss my background and to give a hit of an overview about the company. She rescheduled the call with a short notice which is fine as this was just before the holidays. We ended up having a call a week later for which she arrived 15 minutes late. She promised to let me know about the next steps within the next two business days. The pay isn’t great and this is a data analyst role , not suited for a data scientist with experience. I had to follow up at least twice over two more weeks before getting a boiler plate response that said they went with other candidates.
