I was lucky to skip the initial interview steps and was directly approached by the hiring manager. We had a pleasant conversation about the role, the department, and the requirements. I felt that the manager wanted to "sell" me the position :) Later, I had a more technical interview with the same manager, focusing mainly on questions about cloud and customer success. Ultimately, I was turned down because I wasn't fluent in Hebrew, as they are looking for someone to cover the Israel market as well, and because of my limited experience in cloud—although I disagree with the latter. Overall, my experience with the company, the interview, and the manager was great.

Recruiter reached out to me back in October. Had various interviews and was a very start/stop process. Original recruiter was fired, one of the team members I interviewed with left the company. No one would explain why or what happened with them. Company would go on hiring freeze and week later, no more freeze. Red flags everywhere. Final round was a presentation round which is a lot of effort for an interview process. They expect you to know their product inside/out during the presentation when this is only an interview. Overall, declined offer as the interview process is indicative of the company and believe I dodged a bullet.

Company makes very positive impression and two people I had a pleasure to speak with were highly professional. After speaking with recruiter and team leader unfortunately I never received any feedback about next stage or disqualification, lack of communication at that stage was a bit disappointing.

Process was thorough and organized, there is an interviewee portal used that details where you are in the process, who you've met with, who you're going to meet with, and any reference materials needed to complete each step. Communication was reliable throughout the process.
