Never heard back from them even though they reached out and had me fill in lots of stuff. next interview never happened. could have been interesting to know more, but ghosting is never nice

However, after what seemed like positive progress, I was abruptly ghosted. The recruiter I had been working with stopped responding to my emails, and I never received any closure or feedback. It was a frustrating experience, especially given the time commitment and energy involved. I expected a company of MongoDB’s stature to uphold more professional and respectful candidate communication, even if the outcome wasn’t in my favour.
