Pretty smooth and structured process, although they delayed the decision after final round for too long, while interviewing other candidates and putting me on hold. The interviews themselves were very reasonable, didn't ask almost anything about MongoDB software and instead focused on transferrable skills.
1st round is 30-minute mobile phone screen with the recruiter. You set up time to meet on rippleMatch, where they handle their postings. They ask you three questions: talk me through product management experience, what do you want from this internship, tell me about a time you took initiative/implemented feedback.
2nd round - scheduled. It will be 1 45 minute call with manager
3rd round - 2 45 minute calls, 1 30 minute call
